Amelia is not your traditional executive coach. Unlike many executives who turn to coaching as a second act, Amelia has been dedicated to professional coaching since 2007. Coaching was a calling she recognized immediately. Having stepped into leadership roles since the age of 15, Amelia pursued her passion by earning a master's in Organizational Change Management and a Certified Empowerment Coach certification from IPEC, while spending many hours coaching executives at HBO and leading training at Christie's in NYC.
xoxo,
Leadership wasn’t something I sought—it was a natural response to the things I believed in. My passion for serving humanity led me on a journey that spanned Russia, South America, and Central Asia, challenging my personal limits and teaching me the importance of leading with empathy and integrity.
That same passion led me to coaching, launching my own practice in 2009 after earning a master’s degree in Organizational Change and coaching leaders at HBO. But it was motherhood that truly transformed me, providing a deeply humbling and challenging experience that made me 10 times better at coaching.
Motherhood taught me how to balance emotional and tactical responsibility—skills that are essential in both leadership and parenting. This identity shift fueled the rapid growth of my practice, and at 36, I became the youngest executive coach at Bravanti, coaching C-level leaders from Fortune 500 companies.
My superpower is helping executive moms reclaim their time and energy, lead with confidence, and build thriving teams while creating joyful homes.
I created the EMMPOWER program after recognizing a gap in resources for executive mothers—programs that either focused solely on personal growth or traditional leadership development, but never addressed the unique duality of moms who lead teams and businesses. I’m on a mission to banish the scarcity mindset women face in balancing business and family, and to help them overcome the constant mom guilt of "it's never enough". With over 10 years of experience coaching executives while raising two children, I’ve seen firsthand how motherhood strengthens leadership through empathy, resilience, and influence—ultimately driving significant ROI for their businesses.
